To receive a credit in the canteen, please complete this form.

• It is not necessary for either camper to have previously attended Camp Romimu in order to be eligible.

• This form must accompany new camper’s application.

• Forms will be accepted only until January 15th.

• Only overnight campers are eligible.

• Each camper will receive a $15 credit on his canteen account.
